Wanted a new tablet with my current one being 9 years old, decided to check Oukitel store as knew they had tablets and I already had a WP100 phone. I love Oukitel products because they are made to be robust and have outstanding battery capacity compared to similar products out there. The battery in the RT10 is 3 times bigger than the latest Samsung Galaxy S11! Size and weight of Oukitel products tend to be bigger and weigh more than other manufacturers but they are made to last, can take a couple of knocks and battery's last days, notyours. I cannot find a fault with the RT10,I have my SIM card inside and use tablet as my phone (sorry WP100) having a big screen to use all the time is a bonus also the speakers are really good compared to phone speakers so I dont need to use aBluetooth speaker. I just Oukitel to develop a decent watch that has NFC and is robust like the rest of its products, also doesn't look like a Apple watch (I know watch design's can be limited to a square or circular)

It is almost a perfect tablet. I am only having one issue and that's with the micro sdxc card 1tb, for some reason it is not seeing it so I can format it. Everything else works like a dream soon as the voice sim from T-Mobile was installed. The only improvement I could see to it was if it had a internal radio antenna rather than using wired headphones as a antenna, I mean come on folks this is the age of wireless devices.

the tablet only works on date the dialer part is locked even from TMobile service this is not right to me since it only works on T-Mobile services here in. the USA, thus the reason for only 3 stars. If something has the ability to work a customer should not have a issue like this out of the box unless expressly stated in it's description to inform a customer.

Very happy but when watching video gaming etc, it could do better with a couple of forward facing tweeters to better the highs tones of sound and music. The rear speakers are great but if your watching the screen the sound is lacking midrangerand high range sound. I find myself cupping my hands when holding it totry and get better clarity of sound.
